If you have selected a subscription art kit box order, your first art kit box will contain the contents as outlined in ONCE OFF ART KIT BOXES. Your second art kit box and subsequent art kit boxes (depending on frequency selected) will include the following (+10 items):

Frequently Asked Questions

Every month, a new theme is explored, and all materials will be provided in order for you to create this particular piece of artwork. Because of this, some box items may vary slightly. As a baseline though, all art boxes will contain paints, brushes and canvas/art paper as needed. Additionally, an information booklet with the theme and how to guide is provided.  All first art boxes will have the primary colours and white paint included.

All once of orders of art boxes are sent for delivery within 2-3 days upon receiving the order.

If on subscription, all art boxes are sent between the 10th-20th of the month.

We use Australia Post for all our deliveries.

Last day to order that monthly theme is the last day of the month.

Please contact us directly urustudio.ct@gmail.com to enquire about a specific theme. We will usually respond within 48 hours, if not sooner to try accommodate your request as best we can.  If at any time this may not be possible, rest assured, we will try our best to provide our best service to you. Sometimes, we will have previous art box themes available again if very popular.

If you have chosen a 3 month or more subscription, we try to provide you with more colours and brush choices, so you can grow your own art studio at home without having too many of the same thing. Though from time to time, there will be duplicates and that’s ok, we note some colours are used more and may require replenishing.

If you have chosen a 3 month or more subscription, we do require a full term commitment. However, please contact us directly on urustudio.ct@gmail.com for this so we can try help as best we can to accommodate your request. We do not do any refunds on the already sent art boxes. We will send you a reminder as well when your subscription is coming to an end and provide more details on the cancellation of this should you not wish to continue.

Not at all. The art boxes are created for inspiration and as such, what you create may turn out very different to what is shown as a final piece. The art box is a guide which covers different themes and encourages you to explore ideas which may spark your creativity in a certain direction. I encourage you to please share your final results with us on our Instagram page, tag us and use #URUStudio #URU #URU”monthly theme” (E.g. #URUCubism) as well.

For any of the subscription options, your first order of payment will be taken immediately on the day of purchase. Every other monthly payment will be taken off automatically on the 1st of every month. E.g. you placed an order on the 20 Jan for a 3 month subscription, your first payment taken and reflected on your account will be for the 20 Jan. The second art box payment will be taken and reflected on your account on the 1 Feb. The third art box payment will be taken and reflected on your account on the 1 March.

Should you want to cancel your order, please email us directly at urustudio.ct@gmail.com. Please note we cannot refund any amount for any art boxes already sent.

How Does It Work

Once off orders

Monthly Subscriptions

Please note for monthly subscription art kit boxes: your first art kit box will contain all contents shown for Once off Art Kit Box orders (1st Art Kit Box), thereafter art kit boxes will include the art supplies as described in Subsequent Art Kit Boxes inclusions list. Refer to monthly payments in FAQ section for more information

2. Order processing and Delivery

Each art box is carefully packed with all the essential art supplies for that month’s theme.

Art kit boxes will be shipped within 2-3 days once order has been placed.
